Excision of a lump from the scalp. The lesion was a large sebaceous/pilar cyst.
Excision of a Basal Cell Carcinoma (Rodent Ulcer) from the temple.
This patient had a lump removed from her back, and is now more comfortable and confident.
Excision of a small vascular malformation from the lower lip. A simple procedure under local anaesthetic (awake).
Excision of Basal Cell carcinoma (BCC) from the tip of the nose. Reconstruction was with a full thickness skin graft. The graft has settled well with time.
Graham removed this very large cyst from this gentleman’s scalp under local anaesthetic. The resulting scar is thin and not easily seen, unlike the cyst.
Seb K’s are easily removed and leave minimal scarring. Graham removed this lady’s under local anaesthetic.
A simple Lipoma on the forehead. Graham excised this under local anaesthetic. The scar is placed in a skin crease and will fade with time.
This gentleman had a raised scar following an accident some years previously. Graham has managed to make it much less noticeable by performing a plastic surgical scar revision. Graham often undertakes these cases following personal injury claims.
