Graham Offer is a well-established and highly respected Consultant Plastic and Aesthetic Surgeon based in Leicester. With over 20 years of experience in performing aesthetic/cosmetic plastic surgery and complex reconstructive surgery. Graham is a fully accredited plastic surgeon on the Plastic Surgery Specialist register of the General Medical Council. He is also a full member of the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS) and the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS), both based at the Royal College of Surgeons of England. Graham was previously on the Council of BAAPS and is currently a council member for BAPRAS.
