I am actively involved with the training of Plastic Surgeons
I am a Clinical Teacher for the University of Leicester Medical School and teach Medical Students in my NHS role.
I am also a National Examiner for the FRCS(Plast) examination (Intercollegiate Specialty Board in Plastic Surgery)
I was asked by the Royal Colleges of Surgery to host the National Plastic Surery exams in Leicester 2014 which were a great success.
I also train Plastic Surgeons both in my NHS practise (Complex reconstructive surgery) and Private Practice (Cosmetic Surgery)
I am Programme Director of the Leicester Cosmetic Surgery Interface Fellowship
I am a Consultant Trainer for the National Cosmetic surgery fellowships of the four royal colleges.
I also train plastic surgeons to enable them to take the FRCS(Plast) examination.
